Corralitos Residence | Jun 2013 | A remodel of a 60's ranch style structure into a contemporary craftsman house in San Luis Obispo, CA. The project included an expanded and remodeled kitchen, an outdoor room for the back patio, remodeled guest bathroom, extended master suite with a master bathroom and an additional front patio, complete with fire pit and landscaping. Shale Oak Winery | Jun 2012 | Shale Oak Winery is in Paso Robles, California and is LEED Gold accredited. The project consists of a wine tasting facility, approx. 2,570 sq ft and a wine processing facility, approx. 3,700 sq ft. To best utilize the site for solar gain and rainwater harvesting, the wine processing facility and the wine tasting facility are two separate buildings, fused together by landscaping and a patio. The project is designed to harvest 500,000 gal of rainwater, which is used for flushing the toilets and irrigating the vineyard. | Paso Robles, CA | ||
Mosque Of Nasareen | Mar 2009 | The Mosque of Nasreen consists of a mosque with two studio apartments on two stories and parking at ground level. The mosque provides a place of assembly for the local Muslim Community on a long and narrow site. The project introduced a new cultural landmark into the residential neighborhood where it is located. The Mosque of Nasreen embraces the Islamic architectural heritage with a contemporary and site responsive approach. Fryer Residence | Jun 2008 | The award winning residence is a remodel of an existing single family residence, a small addition, and a new deck for a hot tub. The interior remodel consisted of updating the majority of the existing house. The remodel consisted of converting the existing hobby room into the master suite. The existing master bedroom was converted into a den / hobby room, and the existing master closet was converted into a new bathroom.
