My name is Craig Bachler and I am the owner of Home Inspection Professionals of Arizona. Throughout my experience of working in the construction and insurance industries, I have seen first-hand less than perfect efforts in workmanship, resulting in claims being filed and needless suffering and expenses incurred. As a result of witnessing these circumstances, I have moved from a reactive insurance side to a more pro-active side in effort to help homeowners prevent the bigger surprises by catching them early on and even more so preventing them from happening when possible. My goal is to not only find the possible concerns that exist, but to educate the homebuyer in various preventative measures to help maximize the lifetime benefit of the systems, components and materials and help provide the safety tips to help keep the family comfortable in their daily home environment. I inspect every home as if I were inspecting if for my family!
