Absolute fraud. Do not hire. The amount of litigation against this clown should send a clear message to anyone that this con is anything but an honest business man

Do not hire. Please do a Google search prior to hiring. He claims to be a project manager and does not need to be licensed. Which is not true in the state of NM. You can call the board of regulations for construction and they will inform you of this information. Norm will take money and start work at the beginning as the project progressed he starting having reason for why he couldn't show for work for weeks at a time. He could not present recipes for materials that he stated he had purchased or order confirmation when he said it was delayed because of covid. He did not pull permits or have inspections done . He is a con and a simple search could have saved me thousands of dollars and now more because no one will touch his work and I have to have all the work undone and redone. He also likes to blame the home owners for everything and will not take any responsibility. Please do your research prior to hiring this company/person.
