Terrible customer service. They called, late, to say they were running late due to original tech being delayed wit another client. Fine no issues there. Scheduler then stated that they had dispatched another tech. He would be there in 10 minutes. Ok. Scheduler then stated that the tech was not qualified to do the work we actually requested. All they were going to do was test water. I stated this was not what was supposed to be happening today, you are supposed to be installing RO. I was then told to take my business elsewhere.

Sunologi was very informative and they give a great presentation about how terrible the water here at Florida is. We have been drinking, cooking, bathing and doing all of our daily chores with water that only makes everything worse. Now, I have seen the truth and there is no going back with the hard nasty water. Sunologi has changed our lives, thank you for taking your time to educate us about the Florida water system. Thank you so much Sunologi!
