Steves home improvement

I had a job done by Steve home improvement on the front of my home, some stone work to my front porch. After a week of doing job, they were pretty much complete as of 11/1/19. They only needed to do some additional mortar applications to complete job. Steve assured me the job of mortar would be done the following week. I paid him full payment in good faith thinking just to have some mortar done would not be a big deal. As of today 11/21, Steve has not returned my phone calls or text messages concerning completion of job. I am very disturbed at the professionalism of Steve Home Improvement and the handling me and my family! I live in Garner NC and have called and texted Steve home improvement at least 8 times without a response. My next steps will be handling professionally and legally. Lesson to be learned you can’t work with people who does not work with Integrity and ethics. James Baker Garner NC
