Initially Ricardo did mold remediation in 1 bathrm. then this led to a roof that was suspect and he brought Klaus onto the project. We had a roof replacement with assurances from GACO that Klaus Herring was a master roofer for them. After pursuing the promised 30yr warranty Klaus will not answer any contact. We of course paid in full and found out that he never filed the papers to fulfil said warranty. It appears that he is a master scam artist and I would never use nor recommend this person or company.

The owner of ARCS, Klaus Herring, aware of my claim and of my mold problem, failed to work with the claims adjustor from the insurance company. They never met. Photos were not taken in a timely manner ..... as a resullt, Klaus Herring never built a claim for me, and I receive no dollars from insurance. I would NOT use ARCS again.
