Barr Engineering, based in Santa Fe Springs, is a plumbing contractor. They provide drain installation, water testing, backflow preventer installation and more. In September 2006, Barr Engineering finished a remodeling project using a permit received from the city of Norwalk, and in January of 2003, a property owner contracted them for a remodeling project in the North Euclid neighborhood using a permit obtained from the city of Anaheim.
