ENVIRO PLUMBING

Enviro came out and helped me get my tankless water heater up and running. It was an old heater and had not been serviced by the previous owner. Daniel did offer to try to repair the heater but given it's age the more cost effective solution was to replace it with a new tankless heater. The Enviro Tech also noticed that the original tankless heater had not been installed properly and was not up to code. I didn't know it but the old heater was a safety hazard. I am grateful that the guys at Enviro were so knowledgeable. We now have hot water and a properly installed heater. Experience really does matter.

Whenever a plumbing problem arises I am relieved to know that Daniel Beattie and his team will do high quality work for a fair price. Integrity is such an important aspect in the contracting business and I am always happy to recommend Enviro Plumbing.

I called owner Daniel Beattie for service on Nov 3 and he sent some guys to snake my bathroom and washing machine drains. Service was fine at the time. It was after the shower drain got reclogged within 2 weeks that I had a problem. I needed to get my shower drain re-snaked. But I could not remember the name of the plumber I used for the service until Dec 17th. I called Daniel back to have him snake the drain again. I explained the issue to him and the reason for the delay in calling him due to my inability to remember Enviro's name. Daniel then proceeded to say that his guys did not snake my bathroom drain because it was not listed in the invoice. I explained that his guys did do the bathroom even if he did not have it listed in the invoice. He then said that the 6 weeks between the 2 calls meant that they would not provide a complimentary service call even though their invoice said their work was covered for a month. I explained my delay in calling again. Daniel said he didn't believe me on both counts: 1. They did not snake my bathroom drain. 2. They didn't believe that the clog reappeared within 2 weeks, well within the coverage period. He was very rude to me when I asked him point blank if he thought I was lying. He said yes. And then hung up on me. There are a lot of other plumbers to use so I would recommend using a service where the owner does not accuse his customers of lying and won't stand by their service. Rudeness is unacceptable. Stay away from Enviro!!!!
