He is a Certified Building Contractor in both Florida (Southern Custom Contractors, LLC dba Simmons Kitchen and Bath - license # CBC1262752) and Tennessee. After many years of vacationing in the Emerald Coast, he decided to move his family south and make Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, their permanent home.
