A bunch of dumb butts!!! Came out to “fix” our washer and broke it even further. Now our laundry room is completely flooded. So now we have water damage and a broken washer.

Didint fix the dryer, lied to me, lied to best buy, then got angry at me when I wrote a poor review. Dryer isn't drying clothes (worked fine for 9 months before this point). Its under warranty. Best buy books Cone Appliance Repair. Guy shows up 3 days later than booked. Diagnoses the dryer. Says he'll order 3 parts (heating element, control board, and ducting sensor) and have them installed in a couple days. A week later I call bestbuy to ask where they are on the repair. Bestbuy says that Cone told them that there was nothing wrong with my dryer (which still doesn't work). I call Cone. They tell me that the repair guy reported that the dryer was fine and that I was lying to them....... ...... ..... WHY WOULD I DO THAT? I'm trying to get my dryer fixed that is under full coverage warranty!!!! I wrote almost this same review on other platforms and they replied to my reviews with anger and vitriol and more slander. BestBuy, and everyone else, should NOT use these idiots.

Unprofessional Voicemail seems to answer more than actual person and when a message is left they don’t return calls Did not honor appointment set by Lowes for Bosch service Called Lowes and filed a formal complaint and am rescheduling with a different contractor

Poor Service! Company Lied about my repair with Samsung.
