Beware of this company! Communication for this company doesn't exist, I think it's a crazy Idea to them. I gave them my deposit in Jan they cashed the check 2 days later. I heard nothing from them for about 2 months so I called them to track it down. They never call back you have to keep calling them to get answers. Find out they hadn't even put in the permit paper work that I had already filled EVERYTHING out for them. So then it took another 2 weeks to get them to turn the permit paper work in. Then had to wait for the county to approve it had a exemption on my lot that had to be approved. Had to keep calling them to ask for a update on my permit again they would never call back. Then finally I was told it was done and they would pick it up had to set up a time for them to put in the fence. 2 workers came put in the fence we asked them for paper work on it they didn't have it said we didn't need it. I know that was wrong as we just had a shed put in you have to have the permit visible and it has to be inspected and signed by the county. I called the county as I had no Idea if the fence people were going to do it or not as they gave no instructions. So I called the county to find out that the permit had not been paid for and picked up yet so our fence was put up illegally and we could be fined. I hurried to call the fence people and they said yes they hadn't picked it up but they would that day as I told them the county can take legal action against us for this. Then after they picked it up it says our fence was approved but had to come in 2 feet off our property line. SO the guys had to come back out and move our fence in. So we then had spots in our yard that had circles of cement where the poles where placed before. One of the gates was loose and fell down They said they would come fix it next day NEVER happened no call nothing. I fixed it my self even though they should have to as it was just put in and its got a year warranty on the labor and fence. They offered nothing to make it right nothing in compensation for the nightmare service. They don't care they have your money so it doesn't matter to them and it shows. I emailed with the Invoice saying I wanted to chat with the owner when I paid my final bill on the fence I got nothing back no surprise there, but I did get another email from him saying my bill was due. I own a business and this is just unprofessional and lack of pride in a company as a whole. They don't care about you just the money. So I suggest you shop around, I'm not a person that usually leaves reviews but I felt people needed to be warned on this company. You will spend alot of time calling them to find out what is up and Micro managing them if you ever want your fence done. Work was done in North Port FL.
