Got 4 estimates and I saw this trane van at publix.. On back he attached some metal business card magnets so I took one and looked him up..great rating at Better Biz ..He came out and he was soo nice..not like salesman nice but a relaxed genuine person who loves what he does..He was 400.00 less expensive then the salesguy that said" this is best deal in town"..that sales guy called me 4 times in 2 days..soo pushy but Ray never put anyone of his competition down..He said his dad ran his own business for mamy years and said if you take care of people they take care of you. He is very smart..No only did he pass the county inspection but He called me a month later just to see if my dogs eye surgery went well. I put this recommendation here because if you want a fair price and want to support small business Ray is the one you want to call..He put my name right in his phone..I trust his judgement and I cant be more happier with my new ac..I will tell everyone about him..Not only did he save me enough money to put new tires on my car but the whole time he was at my house he was sweating and whistling..Hes the owner to the company but still loves to get his hands dirty..If you read this Ray you deserve praise. We had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Ray, when we had problems with our AC system. He spent over an hour just talking with us about what he saw needed improvement and what he could do to fix it. He also talked with us about a maintenance plan that he offers. What we thought was going to cost us a small fortune, he was able to fix for a fraction of what a couple of other companies wanted to charge us! Very knowledgeable and friendly!!!! Highly recommend for any heating or air conditioning problems or just routine maintenance.
