Pressure washed, some minor nonstructural cracks that need to be filled. We used an elastomeric vertical stucco patch compound and feathered it in so it would be unnoticed after paint the topcoats. Adhered 2 coats of Sherwin Williams superpaint in a satin finish for a better surface strength and more washable than the flat finish that was on there previously.

All new demo and renovation on the interior. Caulking needs for every door and window frame on the interior. All metal Doors were painted with DTM paint. All walls, baseboards, doors , door trim and window trims were primed and painted with the usual 2 coats in Sherwin Williams superpaint satin finish. Exterior: Pressure washed all surfaces and roof. Some NSC repaired with elastomeric stucco patch compound. All stucco and bricks were prime first and topcoated with Sherwin Williams A-100

Interior: Repaint of most walls and some trim work throughout both floors of building. Same colors and finishes. Just to freshen up the entire building. Some minor repairs and priming was done before painting began. Exterior: Painting of exterior in the same color. Had to color match into a Valspar product from Lowes as Porter paints did not make the original product used.
