The process starts with pressure washing all of the exterior surfaces of your home. Once dry, the Watson team will prime and seal your home with their special primer. Next an elastic sealant is applied to all 90 degree angles including windows, doors and cracks, as well as any additional areas that might be vulnerable to water intru- sion. Once the sealant has been applied, a triple coat of super finish coating is added to high-leakage areas to create six layers of protection. The final step in the Weatherizer Painting System involves the application of an ultra-thick, super premi-um, satin finish paint that produces absolutely stunning results! Watson Premiere Painting of Sarasota submitted a truly professional proposal to paint our 2 story house. The proposal contained multiple options which were well defined. After choosing an option Jim Watson accompanied the power wash team and paint team. He ensured our desires were understood, communicated to the teams and adhered to. The power washing was exemplary and careful not to cause any damage. The paint team was methodical. They carefully covered all windows & foliage to protect them from any paint. They kept their work area neat & clean and ensured everything was picked up at end of each day. At the end of painting Jim Watson met with us and conducted a through walk around and asked if every detail was to our satisfaction. I Highly recommend Watson Premiere Painting for your house power cleaning & painting.

Highly recommend this company. Trusted them with completely repainting my home. I could plan on them showing up when scheduled, someone on site to oversee the work, and a team that took pride in their work. They did everything possible to give me their best. I would recommend Jim Watson, Dave Watson, and the whole team to family and friends for any painting needs!

Project was started in July 2014, and consisted of the complete exterior and interior painting of 200 units, common areas, halls, stair towers, parking garage, and balconies.   | Grand Riviera Condominium | Oct 2011 | The Grand Riviera Condominium Project was a commercial waterproofing system repaint started and completed in 2011. The system consisted of power washing all surfaces including the domes, application of commercial waterproofing Vulkem # 116 sealants to every molding junctures, windows and door systems, ceiling to wall junctures, inside 90 degree angles, penetrations, roofing system flashing to parapet wall juncture, and masonry restoration of all surface cracks. The system used was the acrylic coating system by Sherwin Williams using the Duration flat finish coating applied by brush and roller application. The front dome was painted using Sherwin Williams SuperPaint flat acrylic paint, all entry doors were painted using Sherwin Williams D-T-M direct to metal semi-gloss industrial marine enamel. The job was performed by my team of professional painters and run by my son and crew leader David Watson. Equipment used consisted of a combination of 80 foot, 120 foot, and a 135 foot high-lift supplied by SunBelt Crane. The rear dome was done using a combination of the 135 foot high lift and rigging from within the inside of the dome and using ropes and harnesses to climb out onto the actual top of the dome and walk out to reach areas not accessible from the lifts. Project duration approximately 6 months. All colors were matched to original colors so before and after pictures do not look very different. | $110k | Sarasota, FL |
