Kitchen Remodel | Dec 2013 | In this kitchen remodel, the hardwood floors were sanded and refinished, the existing cabinetry and backsplash removed, new ceiling-height cabinets and quartz counter were installed, as well as recessed lighting, undercabinet LED lighting, and new backsplash tile. The new Shiloh cabinets and Cambria counter were purchased through us, as well as the lighting. The homeowners purchased the backsplash tile, cabinetry hardware, and new appliances, which we installed. The clients were very pleased with their remodel and are enjoying their new kitchen! | $33k | Clifton Park, NY
Kitchen Remodel | Nov 2013 | This craftsman style home was begging for a new kitchen, and we were happy to provide just that! Old cabinetry and tile flooring was removed, then we installed new hardwood and toothed it into the existing hardwood in the family room of the open space plan, and the entire space was sanded and refinished. Shiloh cabinetry in Medium Cherry and Silas stained Cherry was installed, and the cabinetry crown moulding was carefully handled to fit into the existing crown moulding of the adjoining rooms. Included in the total cost was recessed lighting and undercabinet LED lighting fixtures and installation, as well as frosted glass in the second set of upper cabinets. We installed and added a new pantry door as well. Electrical and plumbing work was performed, and some cabinets were customized to fit the client's preparation and cooking preferences. We also assisted in tracking down the Alaskan White granite top that brought the whole space together. Hardware and backsplash tile purchased by the client was installed, and existing appliances were reinstalled, with the exception of the new dishwasher featuring a cabinetry panel to blend in. We also added outlets with USB charging slots inside the tall grey cabinets, as well as the internet box/phone jack so that area could become the "media center." | $36k | Greenfield Center, NY
Kitchen Remodel | Nov 2013 | The outdated kitchen in this home featured a peninsula that hindered circulation through the space, and the placement of appliances left two dead corners where storage was hard to reach and virtually unusable. Tile and old wood floors were removed, and new hardwood flooring was installed throughout the whole first floor. We also tiled the half bath and entry from the garage. Soft white painted Maple cabinets from Shiloh outfitted the new layout, and Brandy stained Cherry cabinets along with the dishwasher make up an island with seating. Undercabinet LED lighting and recessed lighting fixtures and installation was provided, along with some plumbing and electrical work, and installation of the backsplash tile and cabinetry hardware purchased by the clients. | $27k | Gansevoort, NY
Kitchen Remodel | Oct 2013 | This small galley kitchen remodel was tricky to work in, but a good challenge for creating the best use of space. The square footage was minimal, but the ceiling height was great, and new Shiloh cabinetry in the Olde World Durango finish were double stacked to reach the ceiling. On the opposite side, rustic wood shelves and counter offer storage while keeping the space feeling more open. A small pantry closet was removed, as well as old flooring and cabinetry. New tile floor bought by the client was installed by us, and new cabinetry installed with hidden storage all around including the custom shelf built into the side of the refrigerator panel, and tiled nook above the stove. Some new plumbing and electrical work was completed. Besides the floor and cabinetry, we also installed the appliances, cabinetry hardware and backsplash tile purchased by the homeowner, and coordinated with the countertop fabricators. | $19k | Saratoga Springs, NY
Kitchen Remodel | Sep 2013 | This beautiful white kitchen remodel included demo of the existing space, hardwood floor patching, sanding and refinishing, and new layout design for white painted Maple Shiloh cabinetry. The reconfigured island features a farm sink, dishwasher, concealed garbage, more storage cabinetry and seating for four. A bar area was created on the left side of kitchen, and the back wall outfitted with a cabinetry hood and cabinets reaching the ceiling. Beside cabinetry installation, we also installed LED lighting inside glass front cabinets and under wall cabinets. We coordinated with the granite countertop fabricators and installed the backsplash tile and appliances purchased by the homeowner. Included in our cost was the cabinetry hardware and glass for the cabinet doors and shelving. We performed some electrical and plumbing work, and the client is very happy about her new space! | $43k | Saratoga Springs, NY |
