Two men and a tool box

This man agreed to do my project and said it would be done in 2 or 3 days. He worked 3 days, a bit each day. He pressure washed the paint off the floor and it is now splattered all over my porch walls, windows, even some on the ceiling. He has failed to clean this mess up. He painted my floor with the windows open in the pouribg rain. He was actually pushing water with the paint roller. That was the third day. Keeps telling me he is voming back to fix everything but doesnt show up. Very irresponsible and. Unprofessional. Stay away from this guy. He left me with a big mess.
