Luis is sometimes difficult to get ahold of...because he is busy. His work is simply gorgeous. I asked him to bring color samples, and he brought an assistant with a sander! Colors were tested on the floor. Finish was also perfect...all at a great price...
Louis, the owner, came to give estimate. Agreed to hire them. Set date to do work. Called them several times beforehand to discuss project and did not get one return call. Today they are to do the job. No doubt they have no intention of arriving.
