DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER WORK WITH BOB! He is the most disrespectful, unreliable, inconsiderate, condescending, and rude person I have ever came into contact with. He does not answer phone calls or return emails. When he doe return emails they are obnoxious. He picks and chooses which he wants to respond to. He painted our entire house the wrong color then blamed his forgetfulness on me being pregnant. He ignored all of my emails about the disgrace he left our lot in. He has not completed ANY of the punch items that were signed by his team to complete within our 1 year warranty. NOW he sent me a bill for $450 for a small faucet to be replaced AFTER THE FACT, because he decided "it did not fit under the warranty" due to "user error". First of all--tell me BEFORE IT IS FIXED, that you decide it will not fit until the 1 year warranty. I would have my husband fix it for $10 that it should have been fixed for because you and your team are horrible humans. My lawyer finds him a disgrace.
