This was a condo remodel in the San Francisco Mission District. The kitchen was partially remodeled: lowered peninsula cabinet and added a whole row of cabinets for extra storage on the dining room side and new veneered columns (one is structural); new CAMBRIA countertops and marble mosaic backsplash and new paint color on all cabinets. The master bath was a full remodel with the tub replaced by a shower. In the guest bath we are replacing the flooring, vanity, mirror, medicine cabinet, lighting. The fireplace also received a face lift with a new stone surround and custom wood mantel and shelf. The baby’s room received new paint. The lighting was updated throughout the condo. And the whole condo was re-painted.

This project is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath residence of approximately 1500 square feet of living space. Construction just started on 1/6/2016 to remodel the existing Master Bath, Guest Bath, partial Kitchen remodel, fireplace surround upgrade, adding skylights, porch upgrade with a small bay addition on the front of the house. We will post progress pictures of the project as it moves along.

We provided the Paint Color Consultation for a 2 story home including, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Home Office, Family Room, Porch, Hallway, Master Suite, 2 Kids' Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Powder Room, front door, etc. as well as interior decorating advise for furniture placement and window coverings.

Complete remodel of existing Kitchen. Painted custom wood cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, stone tile and stone mosaic tile on the back splash. Opened up structural wall between Living and Dining Room. Refinished existing hardwood floors and applied new darker stain. New interior paint throughout. Complete remodel of existing Master Bath. Steam shower with Chromatherapy. Stone mosaic tile in shower, Carrara marble floor tiles, stained wood vanity. The washer and dryer were relocated from the garage three stories below and hidden behind a pocket door.

We designed a custom built-in entertainment center cabinet. It included media storage drawers and hanging file storage drawers. Custom book shelves with radiator covers below were also part of this project as well bringing the custom cabinet maker on board and managing the whole project start to finish.
