| Treefall | Mar 2017 | Remodel from double tree fall, two trees extended over 100 ft over top of house and onto the front deck. Cranes lifted trees off structure. Roof was to say least Undesirable to be on. Project had a few helpers and a part time experienced guy. Complete repair, from stone patio area, rebuilt cover, rebuilt roof, layed new parquet flooring, carpet, insulation (horrible by the way), drywall, paint, along with utility building. Total estimate was at 44,800, I came in at 42,686. Saved family $2000 roughly.
