Two Maids & A Mop

Pretty abysmal... I made an appointment with Two Maids and a Map and then they refused to clean my house... TWICE... they said it wasn't clean enough when I they arrived, which is just crazy... that's what I hired them for, to clean!! What's the point of spending the whole day cleaning (which I did do twice) when that's what I'm paying them money for? I offered to clean again the areas they were having problems with, but they refused and that's pretty unreasonable. We're talking about normal household dirt. Disappointing... I have tried other maid services in the area and they are fine.
