Years ago, our family started a small independent company called MyTanik Drain Cleaning and in 1974 purchased the Roto-Rooter franchise rights to Savannah, Georgia and 10 surrounding counties. We were the company who first introduced Water Jetting to Southeast Georgia and our focus on researching the latest technologies in our industry has not changed. Our current focus is on water conservation and working with entrepreneurs in the field of green technologies. We invest in researching and coordinating the introduction of new products and processes to Southeast Georgia. Our radio show on WBMQs' Ask The Expert series is a vehicle for educating the public about plumbing conservation issues. The City of Savannah's Environmental Affairs Office are frequent visitors on the show. As an owner, the bottom line to me is: "Are our customers getting the very best service we can provide?" From the person who answers your initial call, to the plumber / technician who performs the work, I insist that our staff treat each customer as special. You, the customer, are the reason we exist. When it comes to emergency plumbing issues, we try to make the process as painless as possible for our customers by explaining what needs to be done, offering discounts, coupons & financing, performing work in a professional manner and then to instruct our customers in the many ways they can avoid future plumbing problems.
