What can you say about a company you contact 4 times and doesn't have the courtesy to get back to you. I would say not very trustworthy.

Scott added a deck to our home which took 4 months to complete. He measured wrong twice costing us a permit violation and never followed through with a final inspection to make sure all work was completed (it wasn’t).
