Charge It Plumbing & Heating

Very poor experience with Dave. Is not the plumber. Apparently the owner sends this guy out. He basically just tries to grub money for making a "House Call". He wants you to pay him because you saw his ugly face.

Apparently, this is the ONLY plumber on Long Island who knows how to run a business. He's got a simple, easy to remember phone number and kindly returns calls! I had called Lou to fix my plumbing issue in my basement and he promised to come to my home on July 21 for an estimate. The estimate was very fair considering the amount of work required. Again, he promised to return the following Saturday to complete the work. He even called me the night before to confirm that he would be at my home on July 29 by 9:30am. I was very pleased that Lou and his assistant Dave arrived on time. The work to replace the pipes was completed within 2 hours and very neat. I got the impression that Lou and Dave have been doing this for a while and take pride in their work. Overall, I feel comfortable that the job was performed well, and most important, they gave me an excellent first impression because of their dependability. Highly recommended!

I called this number in my local paper. In a matter of minutes a creepy guy comes and looks at my sink. Yea lady you got a problem but I can't fixed it right now cause i don't have the equipment. He still wants money for his visit. Cash no less, no receipt. He was not even the licensed owner Lou. He was some igor looking guy, Nasty attitude and acting like he was doing me a big favor. Likely the owner sends out workers to pose as him. Be careful. the licensed plumber does not come. He sends a nasty guy who basically grubs money for nothing.

FINALLY I've found a plumber who answers the phone & shows when he says the right price too! could have totally robbed us but was very honest & that means EVERYTHING! WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND !! THANKS LOU
