ULTRA POOL

My experience with this company has been nothing short of awful. On one occasion they came out to fix a leak in our pool system and basically told me they could not figure out the solutions. Quickly called another company and the problem was fixed within a day. They also provided me a quote to do some repair work on a broken light in our pool. After contacting them several times to have the repair work done I have still not heard back from anyone almost a two months after the original quote. Calling in to speak with the company is futile. Every time I call to voice my concerns and get an update on status the lady who manager the office ends up expressing anger towards me the customer. Basically have been told that all they can do is pass along the information and beyond that they can't help me. Stay clear of the company!!!
