| New Roof - Fascia - Soffit & Gutters System | Apr 2015 | Customers had an older 3 tab roof that seen better days. They had a leak in their living room on the first floor and needed to stop it from coming in. The issue wasn't just the roof but the flashing and house wrap behind the siding so we had to remove and reset some siding to ensure that they would no longer have any leaks. New shingle used is a lifetime shingle manufactured by IKO. IKO Cambridge, the New roof color was Driftwood (which is one of the more popular colors). The existing fascia, soffit and gutter system had to be older then the roof and really needed to be changed. Custom bending aluminum coil to make the fascia we also used Alside Charter Oak hidden vented soffit all the way around the house to help increase proper ventilation ensuring to meet proper intake so the roofing system will breath properly.
