Exterior STORE FRONT. Rotted wood was replaced. A stucco sand textured was added to new or scraped areas to match existing areas. A Gold Leaf Faux finish was applied to all main body areas and all trim was painted White.

Bowling alley gutters and bumpers were all heavily degreased, scrubbed, and washed. They were then rinsed. An industrial oil enamel specially designed to have a very high impact rating was then applied to all blue gutters and all grey bumpers. Every inch of alley was taped and papered to be completely protected.

Living room, Dining room, common Bath room, and the Master Bed room all prepared and finish painted. The Living and Dining room both had all wallpaper removed before a stripe Faux Finish was applied.

The deck was heavily washed and stripped with a power washer. Some wood was replaced do to rot. All was oil stained and water proofed. We cleaned the gutter up above.

Existing high and low 50 year old kitchen cabinets were heavily washed, sanded, and refinished from a mid-tone natural wood color stain to a Red Mahogany semi-gloss wood tone with a very rich appearance. The red formica counter tops were acid washed and spiecialy refinished to appear as a sand stone slate. The rest of the kitchen was also painted.
