So far, I cannot recommend this company. If they finish this job, I'll amend this review. I'll also say that I am pleased with the work that JR, has been doing. Now, a 2 week bathroom job is now in its 6th week and the room is still just plywood and drywall. Jeff (owner)suggested that we get a shower pan instead of tile on the floor of the oversized shower AFTER the job was in demo. I agreed. Well! First, a tiny shower pan was installed. Nope. Then, Jeff got sick for over a week. Ok. I understand. Then, 2 weeks later, I finally got a hold of him. Gave him the measurements of the shower again. Another week goes by. When I talk to him again, gosh, he hadn't ordered the shower pan. He claims that he is ordering it as we speak. Oh, it takes a week to 10 days to get it. We're now at day 14, and no shower pan. In the meantime, my father dies (it's my parent's bathroom, by the way). We cannot use the master bath, and we have a service coming up. WTF!
