Most companies will tell you that it's not necessary which is total nonsense or that it's an extra charge) Preconditioning if needed (kind of like pre-soaking extra dirty clothing before you wash them. It makes for easier cleaning and quicker drying times but most companies charge extra for this service). Then cleaning and "finishing". (Sometimes carpet raking is necessary but not always. This depends on pile depth). Minor pet stain & treatment is also included, but it is something that we would need to talk about prior to the cleaning. Drying time depends on a number of factors including pile depth, outside humidity and air-flow inside the home. Typical dry times can vary from 4 to 10 hours depending on these factors. Shoe Covers are always provided so that you can navigate through your home before the carpets are dry without fear of re-soiling. **My Guaranty is as follows: "If, for any reason you are not happy with the cleaning or any of the "old stuff" re-appears , you call me. I will come back for free and re-clean the area in question. If after it's dry you are still not happy I will refund 100% of your money and we will part friends!!!"
