We needed a quote on flooring for our new office space. I had several people come out. Bruce from Gainey came out to meet with us promptly. He brought samples based on popular, durable options. He left samples behind to help us decide. We gave an ideal date that was hard for anyone to meet. His expertise in design, floor patterns and durability made us very comfortable with the materials we chose. They came the exact day and time given to us. The installers were friendly, non-invasive and worked incredibly fast. Every time I peaked at the space a new section was complete. We could not be happier with the way the office looks, and the compliments we get on the space seem to be never ending.

I had my master bath tub surround pulled out and had a tile shower built in. The tile work is beautiful and the work started on time and was completed in a timely manner. One comment that I have was that there was a miscommunication about who would seal the shower floor. I had assumed that the tile guy would do it to complete the job but later found out that I would have to seal it. Not a big deal, but I think that this should have been brought to my attention.
