Lance W. Nikolaus II established L&L Developments LLC in 2005. We're a spin-off of L&L Contractors LLC established in 1982 by Lance W. Nikolaus I, Lance's father and mentor. A third generation craftsman Lance's Grandfather built custom picture frames. L and L is owned and operated by 6th generation White Mountain resident, Lance W. Nikolaus. We've built over 60 custom homes in the White Mountains. Our roots and techniques from generations of home building has made us top builder in the White Mountains. L&L has zero complaints with the ROC in 9 years of business.
