As an independent business owner and with 16 years of field experience, I have been able to combine my knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills to offer general minor repairs and complete remodeling services to clients as well as serve employers in commercial, industrial, and community projects. I am knowledgeable of 120, 277, and 480 volt systems along with low voltage motor and monitoring controls such as fire alarms and EMS systems. I have also assisted in the electrical construction of Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, communication upgrade of Arizona State University's dormitories as well as the lighting upgrade and extended fire alarm installation of the Howard Hughes building. Having on-campus experience, I am familiar with quality control and safety standards for Arizona State University and am sensitive to working within the student population. I have mastery experience in working with hand and power tools as well as heavy equipment such fork, boom, and scissor lift and bobcat. In leadership roles such as foreman, consultant, and independent tradesman, I am able to practice effective time management through delegation of responsibilities, build rapport with fellow co-workers while contributing to overall completion of any project. Other skills include maintaining labor and material costs within a set financial budget, troubleshooting to resolve unforeseen or immediate crises, and secure a high client retention rate by providing excellent quality of work. Additionally, in my field experience, my technical skills include data entry and record keeping through the use of Microsoft Office 2010 and Windows 7 program to create invoices, timesheets, and spreadsheets to track business literature. I also utilized Apple I0S 8 as a main method of communication with clients and employers. Thank you for taking the time to review my credentials.
