About me The company known as Warren Construction started as one man with a motivation to help others. Starting out in the construction industry in 2004 Jim Warren already had a history of taking things apart just to see how they work and put them back together. A natural at visionary’s, engineering, and tinkering Jim learned as he worked at an accelerated rate. He worked as an apprentice with Price Construction from mid 2004 until mid 2006. Jim learned everything Chip Price was willing to teach, which was a lot. With Price Construction came the experience of building new houses, additions, complete remodels, bathroom renovations and many small jobs in between. Moving to South Carolina in June of 2006 Jim started his own construction company as a hobby, Warren and Sons Construction. This was a very successful endeavor for Jim and his family except since he worked a full time job also it was very time consuming. Jim just wasn’t ready to take things to the level of a full time business. In 2016 the company changed over to Warren Construction in Darlington South Carolina and started to hire employees to help handle the busier work load. Shortly after things started to pick up for business Jim needed to move back to Pennsylvania to help out some family members in late 2017. Jim quickly started find new customers in the Scranton area that needed his help and experience with projects. In November of 2018 Jim decided to to officially open Warren Construction as a full time business and started marketing. As of January 2019 Warren Construction LLC is licensed and insured and holds employs needed based on work load. Jim Warren is the proud owner of Warren Construction and has great visions for this company. Money is needed to run the business, true, but no amount of money compares to joy it brings us to help others in the process while taking a great del of pride and care in our work. We believe that with good morals and great ethics we can treat or customers and business partners at a level not reached by most. The people we serve are our number 1 priority Warren Construction is driven to be the premier handyman company in NEPA. Our goal in the next 5 years is to partner with local property owners, property managers, landlords and business owners and connect them to the finest handymen in the area. We would like to see all of our handymen earn top dollar to perform the highest level of service while providing our business partners with the most affordable and competitive pricing.
