Inquired about services via phone call to Darrell. I immediately thought he was very rude and abrupt. Although I was taken aback by his rudneness upon first contact, I chalked it up to perhaps he was having a bad day. When I received a call back from him days later to go over our desires with cabinetry build - he was also very rude and very abrupt then also! Although the price he qouted us was more than we expected, it could have still been an option for us... BUT NOT AFTER THE WAY HE MADE ME FEEL THE 2ND TIME AROUND. I told my husband, I don't care if the quote was free... with that kind of service - WE DON'T WANT IT! You won't get a 3rd time to prove my benefit over doubt was wrong!

Cabinet work OK, nothing great. People arrogant and rude.
