Lone Rock Builders LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured General Contracting Company specializing in new residential construction and home remodeling, and room additions. Established in April 2006 Lone Rock Builders LLC prides itself on staying a small company in order to provide its customers with personal, undivided attention on their project to a successful completion. We are a turn-key operation experienced in all phases of residential construction ranging from site layout to interior finish work. Chet Dunham, the Managing Partner is a building professional with 40+ years of experience in the industry. For most of our customers, we are their one-stop construction company. We work with our customers from project design, and permit phase, to project completion.
