Keefe Excavating came today and removed the juniper bushes. Not completely satisfied with the job he did. We discussed having the area sod ready and he said he could and would do that. It is far from sod ready. Today he said we needed to hire a landscaper to rototiller it, rake it and bring in 2 loads of top soil. He left the yard a mess with all kinds of roots exposed and branches still there.
