This guy was reasonably smart ... but he is your classic repairman crook. He came out and spent 3-4 hours and fixed one machine and gave us a parts list for another one that he wasn't able to fix right then ... then the next day we get a bill for his rate: $80/hr (which is very reasonable) plus $220/machine where he says he fixed 3 machines ???? Well, we ordered the part and I had my handyman take a look at the one machine and strangely it isn't having the same problems. Long story short, he over charged us $440 and I would never have him back again.

Christopher was amazing!! He was always available and actually searched out different parts online in order to find me the best deal. He also contacted me several months after he completed my first job to check in to make sure the ice maker was still working. I have hired him multiple times and will continue to hire him. I highly recommend his services.
