I had a bad experience with this guy. We agreed to meet at my house at 1pm for an estimate. He didn't show up. He finally called half an hour later saying that he was still on the way and asked if we could do 2:30. I agreed. He didn't show up at 2:30 either. He knocked on my door around 3 and said he was stuck on the freeway, which I knew was a lie because I was just there and had no trouble getting back to my house at 2:30. The freeway was clear. To top it all off, he said it would cost $400 to pressure wash my tiny driveway! I wouldn't hire this guy for anything.
