Whole house remodel located in the Leschi Neighborhood of Seattle. Project was a full design service. House was gutted and rebuilt with a new roof profile and all new interior spaces. The siding and windows are new. House utilizes passive design for air circulation, hi insulation and quality doors and windows. All interior surfaces were addressed. Site improvements were coordinated such as integration of swim in place pool and new terraced deck.

Remodel/Addition. This is repeat client. Previous remodels included a new kitchen and dining area. Then later an upper level addition of a master suite and guest bedroom with bath. The final remodel which is depicted here is a large addition. The client purchased the adjacent lot and we combined the two lots into one and built a new addition that consisted a family room, sewing room, mud entry, two car garage, and and upper level exercise room, guest bed room and play room for grandchildren. We carefully designed the new addition to blend with the existing house character. The result is a seamless remodel which is what we strive for at CASA.

This is a full design service custom residence on 10 acres of high bank water front property. Property was raw forested land. All site improvements were coordinated with the residence design. Project is a shingle style common to the north east coast of the United States. House has a detached garage with a home office above. Extensive landscaping and inclosed garden was included. All interior finishes were included in the design.

Remodel/Addition to traditional dutch gambrel style house. Addition is a seamless solution that increases the size of house by about 40%. Add a new entry with port co chere driveway and wrap around covered porch. Inside a new den office, family TV room, Sun room office, and a full guest bath. Upstairs add a new master suite.

This is a full design service whole house remodel. The house was completely gutted and lifted off the foundation. A new basement level design is double the footprint of the house above. portions of the basement are covered by what appears to be patio terraces. The house is heated via Warm Board radiant floor heating and has a robust whole house ventilation system. Lighting is museum quality. All trim, casework, cabinets use the same species of mahogany. The brick facade was removed and replaced. The doors/windows are Marvin wood/mahogany and clad. Site hardscape design was included to form yards and entryways and coordinated with the landscape design.

Custom home on 10 acres. Involved siting of house and coordinating all site improvements on raw, forested land. Home is a traditional shingle style, common to the east coast. Design is full service that includes interior design of all surfaces, lighting, cabinet design, hardware, plumbing fixture selection paint schedules, window and door selection, essentially everything that is part of the house.
