Mapa was hired by the community I live in to replace a handful of concrete driveways last year. One year later and he is still repairing his lousy concrete job. Honestly, I could have have done a better job. The joint lines in the concrete aren’t straight, they are literally in waves. The finish broom lines go in waves, up and down. The concrete isn’t smooth, it’s rough and chunks of concrete were never smoothed out. Mapa had to come back and make multiple repairs and each time he patched up his bad work he used a different type of concrete. The concrete driveways are discolored, have patches of multiple type and color of concrete. Each time Mapa and his team came to make repairs, they made a big mess. They ruined my beautiful concrete pavers next to the driveway with asphalt tar, concrete mix stains from mixing concrete on my pavers and even put a pile of sand on the asphalt parking lot for no appearent reason. Honestly I would prefer the old cracked driveway over the new driveway Mapa poured. I don’t know how Mapa has been in business for so many years. The concrete driveways poured by AMP 59 are not level, rough finish, waving broom finish lines in all directions, discolored with multiple different types/colors of concrete used, the joint lines arent straight, they are horrrible looking. Overall, no one would believe me if I told them this driveway was installed by a professional. I could have done a better job. I want to cry every time I look at it.
