FAMILY FLOORING

My name is Tan Hoang. I am the owner of Family Flooring. Do you know why I gave that name to my company? When we are working, we work like a team, like a real family. We help each other. We talk with our customers as though they are part of our family. Sometimes we have trouble, but we fix it right away, and we learn from and listen to each other. I am very proud of my crews. Thank you “my family.” I opened my business in 2012, but I have lots of experience from my dad. He worked for a big company named Seattle Flooring and Quality Carpentry. He had a dream to become a business man. He couldn’t do it because he needed to take care of his children first. I finished high school and followed my daddy into the flooring and carpentry business. I learned a lot from him. He taught me how to control my hands and my thinking to get jobs done with the best quality workmanship. I am very proud of him. I worked at Seattle Flooring and Super Hardwood Floors for 4 years. I gained more experience and quickly moved up in the company. I became a supervisor and took care of every single job that my boss gave me in an exemplary manner. In 2012, I made the decision that I needed to be in business for myself. I started my own company for me and my family for generations to come. Family Flooring truly is a FAMILY business: family owned and family run. I promise if you choose my company, I (and my crew) will treat your house as though it was my house, and I will treat your family as I would treat my family. You will be absolutely satisfied.
