If you just care about having a great looking floor at an affordable price, I would highly recommend USA #1 Hardwood Floors. Working with Tiger was a breeze. From the quote to suggestions on what to do in certain situations and in the future. We initially wanted to go with glue hardwood flooring, but he convinced us that float/lock was better for future proofing for the same look. We also got the typical +10% sq ft in materials, but we ended up with around 25% in materials that was unused! Tiger was very efficient, quick, and easy to work with! He also quoted us his price which was very comparable to other contractors, but his knowledge and ease to work with led me to choose him among his peers. I would hire him again for another project without even having to think about it.

We had a great experience working with Tiger and USA #1 Hardwood. Tiger was quick to come out and provide us a quote, and offered suggestions when we weren't sure what to do in certain areas. He refinished our existing white oak floors, as well as two additional rooms that were prefinished white oak, then installed new white oak to match replacing our carpet in several areas. Included in this job was a set of stairs. Once we saw what a great job he was doing, we asked him to take on another set of stairs and install all new baseboards. He worked quickly and his work was incredible. I would highly recommend Tiger to take on big projects (or small). He stained our wood and finished to perfection!
