We hired Andrew Brouwer to install new floor moldings on the first floor of our home and also to patch, repair and paint all the window, door casings and a banister. Andrew also repaired settling cracks in wall and ceiling and removed a defunct intercom, making the hole completely disappear. I would rate Andrew 5 stars (A+) on his workmanship, work ethic, creativity, knowledge, and communications. Andrew Brouwer came to my home each day, with a painter who worked under his direction. Throughout this project, I was impressed that Andrew seemed to choreograph the various aspects of the project for efficiency while achieving the highest quality results. Retrofitting is never easy, but Andrew is creative and cares about aesthetics.

We highly recommend Andrew. We needed some work done after purchasing our house and Andrew was highly recommended by friends. He fit our project into his schedule on very short notice. We were removing walls, reframing, replumbing the laundry, replacing some doors, upgrading the electrical service and adding lighting. We've done many renovation projects over the years and, being new to the area, it was a pleasant surprise to find a contractor and his crew who are so meticulous and punctual.
