Don't get me wrong, Rick is a nice polite guy, but where do I start here? First off I stated on Porch that I'd like he job done on Saturday or Sunday. Rick accepts it on Saturday and states that he can't come till later in the week. This was irritating as I wanted it done ASAP. Second, we scheduled for 7pm on Monday night, and he doesn't show till 9pm. The job takes almost 2 hours and my girlfriend is dying to go to bed - but can't, because the TV is being installed in the bedroom. Finally, I'm not even convinced the job has been done right. 2 of the 4 screws were t event used to mount the TV, so it is unstable and wobbly. I'm worried that it's going to fall, and I'm considering having it re-done, without going through Porch. Rick was polite and all but lateness and an unconvincing TV install is not worth $99. Waste of time and waste of money.
