Normally I’m not one to post disappointing reviews, however this is the second time I dealt with a problem from this company! I used Young’s Home Services two years in a row now to hang our holiday lights on the exterior of our home. The install was perfection, however when it was time to schedule the removal of the lights, it’s as if this company didn’t exist. Last year it took me having to send numerous text messages and phone calls to get them to come back out and remove the lights, which they finally did mid/ late February! Fast forward a year later I figured I would give them another shot since they did a beautiful installation and we are in the exact same boat! I forgot to mention that they make you pay for the install and removal up front, So I’m out hundreds of dollars! I have been texting and phone calling them for four weeks now for them to come out and remove our lights and I’m being ignored! 😡 I completely understand if there is some sort of emergency, however this is extremely poor customer service at it’s best! I am a business owner myself and I would never treat my clients like this.
