Another unhappy neighbor here. Your project on 26th Ave S as well a number of others in my neighborhood are an absolute disgrace. As a builder myself, I'm angry to have to defend builders everywhere because of "builders" like you. Garbage strewn everywhere, lax adherence to permits, ZERO stormwater run-off mitigation, terrible relationship with the entire neighborhood. I feel bad for the poor people who buy your garbage townhouses. Watching these trash piles go up is embarrassing. RUN AWAY anyone who is considering buying one of these.

Your project on 16th between Columbia and Cherry is an absolute shitshow. Zero adherence to permitting laws and regulations. Trash everywhere being picked up by residents on the street. Constant arguments with locals. What an absolute mess of general contracting. The worst offense: your contractors put out no parking signs the morning of a delivery then called SPD to enforce no parking zone illegally and had cars towed. I would be very skeptical about buying a home from these conjobs, the quality of work is so far below the sticker price. Also, all your neighbors will hate you by default. Enjoy!

Your purchased lot on the corner of 22nd Ave and E Cherry looks like a pigs den. Show some stewardship about the neighborhood and community in which you earn your profits. Clean up the lot and put up a fence until you obtain your permit to build. #NASTY🤮

We love the house and have generally been satisfied with them. However, as we are completing our warranty work the following has happened and we have received no call back after numerous calls and emails to them: 1. The workers they hired to do the warranty work were extremely messy and disrespectful and it took them a week longer to complete than they said it would. The broke a drawer and it has been "under repair" for 3 months with no timeline for return. 2. They said they would fix the bathroom counter that is separating from the wall. No follow up. 3. Biggest issue - the new sewage pipe under the house has a hole and crack in it. No root intrusion or cause other than it was possibly broken during installation. Despite reporting sewage coming up in the closet of our downstairs bathroom there still has been no call back.
