Modular Addition - Greenfab

Nov 2013

Adding or remodeling your house is not an easy task, especially the disturbing aspect of it, we recently did a 845sf modular addition with finished drywall, recessed lighting on a late 50's type of bungalow. We also remodeled the entire interior of the house. The new action included a brand new kitchen and full master suite.

Admiral - 2300 Series Traditional

Jan 2013

Greenfab's Admiral home is a traditional American Home that incorporates timeless design and superior quality. With a beautiful blend of classic architecture and stylish finishes, this energy-efficient home expresses an elegant connection between indoor and outdoor living through a spacious great-room and a signature, two-story vaulted kitchen. Targeting LEED for Homes Platinum certification, Greenfab's Admiral home provides a natural-lit focal point for comfortable living, gathering and entertaining. Greenfab's Admiral Series takes a classical approach to design. With this home, Greenfab strays from modern, chic architecture, and embraces a more classical, 'Craftsman' design. We wanted to show people that the new prefab movement is not just about modern architecture but in fact can be built to any style, and that Greenfab can provide a home for anyone, whether they love traditional or modern designs. Much of what is coming out of the latest prefab/modular designs look like they are designed for celebrities with unlimited budgets and cutting-edge taste. We wanted to offer a traditional American home that incorporates timeless design, superior quality and all for a more reasonable budget. The price listed above includes everything form A to Z (soft costs, hard costs and TAX) not including price of land.

Aurora - Greenfab 2100 Series Home

Jan 2013

With an open floor plan, rooftop deck and expansive walls of glass that just simply slide away, the 2100 Series truly creates open-air living for those wanting to connect with views and the natural world. With clean, modern lines and an efficient footprint, the 2100 Series is ideal for urban in-fill city lots at a minimum of 40' wide or micro-community sites in suburban developments. Green Features: Highly insulated walls with an r-21 batt, floors at r-30 and ceilings with a combination of spray foam and batt equaling r-42 for increased comfort and energy savings - Triple-paned, insulating glass windows to maximize comfort year-round and reduce harmful effects from Ultra violet rays - Highly efficient, non-ducted, mini-split heating system that uses minimal electricity to pump refrigerant and transfer heat from the outdoors to within the home - No VOC (volatile organic compound) paint reduces respiratory illness and memory impairment as well as ozone and smog formation that can be associated with traditional paints - Wall-mounted radiant heaters used for back up heat on those really cold nights. These heaters take up little energy to produce radiant heat through a natural convection process - Dimmable LED lighting that saves up to 80% of the electricity used by incandescent bulb, lasts up to 40 times longer and contains no hazardous materials - A hybrid heat pump water heater draws in ambient heat from the surrounding air moving it across condenser coils that transfer this heat into the tank to heat the water. This creates the same amount of hot water as a traditional electric water heater, but reduces water heating expenses up to 62% and qualifies for federal tax credit - An Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) used to transfer heat and moisture in the home to increase heating and cooling efficiency while providing fresh air from outside and exhausting stale air and filtering out dust and indoor air pollutants - Radiant heating mats installed below the bathroom tile to provide energy efficient, radiant zone heating. The price listed above is all included from A to Z (hard costs, soft costs and TAX) only the price for the land is not included.
