| Maple Leaf tudor remodel | Jun 2016 | They wanted to maximize every inch of this Seattle home. We bumped up 2 dormers in the attic to create a real master bedroom getaway, a small bedroom and a den on the upper floor. Main floor had all the hardwood floors redone. Updates to the main floor bath, new paint throughout, resurfaced coved ceilings, and a new kitchen. In the basement, we removed the existing slab and dug down about 7" and poured a proper 4" slab with curb walls. This gave a much more pleasing ceiling height with a solid slab. New laundry room, kitchenette, living room, large bedroom with walking closet and bathroom. | $125k | Seattle, WA |
