Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. We hired Edgar and his team to remove an old fiberglass shower and replace it with a tiled shower. His team also patched two small areas of drywall also.The project took twice as long to complete as he quoted and he never turned in the appropriate paperwork to our insurance company in order to satisfy our claim. We were out $13,000. After using the shower for 2 months we discovered the linoleum around it bubbling up and leaking downstairs to the drywall. We notified DC2LLC about the problem & we didn’t want them back after seeing that they were not able to make the repairs that they agreed to. They informed us that according to the contract we signed that we needed to allow them to try to repair it. Another nightmare! Jessy, the operations manager brought in a plumber basically to try to claim that they had not done anything wrong. A water restoration company was brought in and identified many things that had not been done correctly. Also, Edgar was not supposed to be doing any type of plumbing as he was not licensed. It is now a year after we have had them do the work and we had to get our insurance company involved to repair everything they did. Look at Yelp for other reviews. This guy is bad news. He will agree to do any job whether he has the qualifications or not.
