He's a nice guy. But I'm going to be honest, needs to rethink this thing. Overpromised, under delivered.

There is no nice way to put it, this guy is con man! We hired him to do 2 projects with us and he nevaer completed the first before he began the 2nd, we continually asked for plans to make sure we were on the same page and he never provided the and the 2nd project was a new Master Closet, he had the Job so jacked we had to fire him, I told him we would not sue him as long as finished the first Job and then did some other Jobs to make up the financial difference to us, he was thrilled and thanked us and then proceeded to not show up again even though on at least 6 occasions he told me he would be here! I tried giving him the benefit of doubt, but the guy is just a flake his work is good not great his prices are as high as any GC and he is not a GC even though he will tell you he is. I would recommend you do not hire him!!!
